The Winston County Chapter of the American Retirement Association (ARP) assembled at Louisville’s City Hall auditorium meeting room on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 1 pm. Frank expounded on WCSHC’s pledge to help individuals and families with heirs’ property issues. He lamented about families owning property jointly as tenants in common. Frank highlighted the process of probating your estate. Frank itemized numerous insurance policies to protect the family’s integrity after a loved one transition.
