Mr. Dee Dotson Celebrates his 101st Birthday!

Mr. Dee Dotson recently celebrated his 101st birthday. He was born on February 23, 1923, in Choctaw County, MS, and is widely recognized for his outstanding farming skills, earning him the distinguished title of “Mr. Rural America.” “I love planting and harvesting vegetables to feed families here in Winston and surrounding counties,” says Mr. Dotson. He has already begun preparing his soil for his 2024 garden. Mr. Dotson is an active Union Chapel M.B. Church member and Winston County Self-Help Cooperative member.
