James Carter is brimming with excitement over the heifers gifted through the Winston County Self Help Cooperative’s Heifer Project in the fall of 2025. James received the heifers from Chris Mayberry of Shuqualak, MS. He indicated that the animals have adjusted to being on his farm in Noxapater, MS. James conveys his thanks to WCSHC.
