On March 5, 2026, Mr. Allen McReynolds, Bro. John, and Gary worked together transplanting several fruit plants into the ground on the WCSHC Campus, peach trees, apple trees, muscadine vines, and a fig tree. Adding lime and fertilizer into the planting holes to help improve soil nutrients and give young trees a strong start. With the knowledge Mr. Allen possesses, the Winston County Self Help is looking forward to the bounty. He is hopeful the muscadine vines will produce in the spring with the rain coming in tomorrow.
