The Winston County Self Help Cooperative Team Members harvested collard greens on Monday, October 13, 2025. Rev. Alonzo Miller, WCSHC Farm Manager said, this project will feed families and help eliminate food insecurity across this county. We transplanted this crop of collards in the latter part of August and early September. We should continue harvest until a hard freeze. The Winston County Self Help Cooperative is committed to help save rural America by teaching others to manage theirnaturalresources.
