The Winston County Self Help Cooperative (WCSHC) is a veteran community-based organization unearthing and conveying opportunities for its members and the community. WCSHC’s principal goal is to help individuals source the natural resources and develop sustainable livelihoods.
According to Frank Taylor, WCSHC mantra has spawned longevity within the cooperative membership. Frank said “we extends our gratitude to Lorine Gladney-Moore for being a long-term member of WCSHC. Lorine’s core family represents five generations (The Fab 5).”Lorine reiterated, “i am thankful to my daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, and great-great-granddaughter for being affiliated with the WCSHC. This organization generates hope and provides leadership in our communities. Additionally, WCSHC is keeping families connected to the natural resources to leave behind a legacy of land ownership.”
