Triple Eaton Farms is nestled in the northwest corner of Covington County and bordered closely by Simpson and Jefferson Davis Counties. Most days, Leon Eaton is on the farm, planning, planting, harvesting, or selling fruit and vegetables. Walking across the farm terrain, you will see a diverse operation that includes traditional and hydroponic production. This diversity helps fortify a constant income stream and reduces the amount of synthetic fertilizer and chemicals used to produce Leon’s crops. Triple Eaton Farms produces tomatoes, watermelons, sweet potatoes, greens, figs, sweet potatoes, and other varieties of vegetables.

The Winston County Self Help Cooperative recently purchased Ponca Blackberries from Triple Eaton Farm to make jelly. Several WCSHC members requested Triple Eaton Farms Blackberries based on their previous experiences. Arlexis Cunningham-Yarbrough said, “We thoroughly enjoy the Ponca Blackberries. They are juicy and sweet to eat, and they make extraordinary jellies.”
