Pastor Thomas is cutting, raking, and baling hay in Marion County, MS. “2024 has been a great year for harvesting hay compared to the unyielding 2023 drought. We have exceeded the number of rolls of hay produced in 2023. We should have an ample supply of hay for other farmers to purchase going into the winter months. We might be blessed with a fourth hay-cutting based on weather conditions. Thus far, this has been a bountiful hay season.” Pastor Thomas has stored the finished product under the shed, protected from the elements. Pastor Thomas exclaimed, “We have had a blessed hay production season.”
