The Mississippi Small Cattle Group (MSSCG) completed their fall health initiative program on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Bernard McKinney Farm in Holmes County, MS. Allen McReynolds, WCSHC, articulated the past two months of working to complete the final health initiative schedule without any major hiccups. Allen said, “We have achieved a significant milestone to benefit small cattlemen across the state of Mississippi. We want to thank Dr. Llewelyn Peyton and team members for providing technical support and Michael Truclair for his leadership in developing this project of changes. We will release a detailed report in the last week of January 2025.”
