WCSHC 10th Business Session August 11, 2014 at Winston County Self Help Cooperative’s pastures in Louisville, MS. On the threshold of the last days of summer, WCSHC Members braved a temperature exceeding 95 degrees. Muggy and humid conditions did not prohibit an informative business session in galvanizing member to become effective managers of their natural resources. A variety of topics rendered numerous and extended replies for to provide a pathway forward to help save rural America. The discussion of cattle’s future drew the irony of several members in turns of increasing or decreasing herd numbers to take advantage of current market prices. As usual Sharoone Cooper and Team prepared a tasteful snack for members and visitors.
