Mississippi farmers grow a variety of commodities, including poultry, cattle, and forestry products.

65% of Mississippi’s land is in forest. In fact, 70% of that land is
owned by private , nonindustrial landowners–individuals and families!

Come learn how to manage your land in a sustainable manner that will benefit future generations! This outreach meeting will provide information to help you manage your resources effectively. Additionally you will learn how to create income from your farmland and timber stands. Service providers from the USDA-United States Department of Agriculture and WCSHC Winston County Self Help Cooperative will share information to help your dreams come to reality. Please bring a friend and we will see you at the 2017 Winston County Landowner Outreach Meetings.
